Gladys Pratt Seahorn is the Founder, President, and CEO of City of Refuge Global Outreach Ministry locally based in Sugar Land, Texas. It is a non-profit innovative teaching and deliverance ministry that is dedicated to educating believers in the Hebraic roots of our Christian faith. CORGOM is a Sabbath worshiping congregation that meets each
Saturday at Houston Baptist University–Mabee Theatre in Houston, Texas.

Gladys is the author of several books and study guides. The most recent releases are “Keys to the Kingdom—Genesis and Exodus” and “Ma’asei HaShlichim—Acts of the Apostles,” which is a complete study of the book of Acts that will guide believers through a mind renewing outlook of the writings of the apostles. Gladys conducts workshops, Hebraic roots conferences, and revivals throughout the United States and abroad.

Gladys is the wife of Ivan Seahorn, Sr. They have four (4) sons and three (3) grandchildren. She is a graduate of Mississippi Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. She is also a graduate of the Institute of Hebraic-Christian Studies (IHCS) in Houston, and for six years was an instructor for the Institute. Dr. Richard Booker, the Founder of IHCS, mentors her in biblical Zionism and Jewish roots of Christianity.
As a student embracing Zionism, Gladys has been a pilgrim in Jerusalem, Israel for the Feast of Tabernacles on several occasions since 2000. Gladys and Ivan have taken groups to Israel since 2012. CORGOM is actively involved in Jewish community affairs in Houston and Israel.
