Luke 11:9 - “And so I tell you, keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.
God always seems to provide exactly when we need it, even if it is not something we expected.
I was watching a video on social media, and this guy who goes out to different places asks random people 3 different Bible trivia questions. For each question they get right, he gives them money. In this video, he was in a grocery store and stopped a young mom. She was so excited to see him because she knew who he was—her husband watches all his videos.
So, he asked her 3 questions, and she got 2 out of 3 questions correct. He pulled the money out of his pocket and then just looked at her. He then said, 'You know what? I'm going to do something I don't usually do,' and handed her $500. She was in disbelief at first and questioned him. He assured her that he was serious and wanted her to have it. She was crying and said, 'We couldn't afford Christmas this year.' The man immediately hugged her and said, 'Praise God! He provides.'
2 Corinthians 9:8 - And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.
God knows out needs! He knows when we need it the most. This was unexpected for this woman, but it was exactly as God intended it to be.
Deuteronomy 2:7 - For the Lord your God has blessed you in everything you have done. He has watched your every step through this great wilderness. During these forty years, the Lord your God has been with you, and you have lacked nothing.
God will provide all we need if we trust and believe.
