Roy Clark Has Passed Away

Today is November 15th, and the legendary country music artists and Hee Haw star Roy Clark has passed away at age 85. Roy was pronounced dead at his home in Tulsa Oklahoma, after having complications from pneumonia.

Roy begin his country music career back in the 60’s with hit songs including “The Tips of my Fingers (’63), Yesterday I was You (’69), and another hit “Honeymoon Feeling” back in (’74). Later in life he hosted a comedy series on TV called Hee Haw, which was a major success including comedy skits, and special country guests. Later in life, Roy was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2009. Roy also made special appearance with today’s country artists on stage, and at special award shows.
