The inspiring new film “Run The Race” from first-time Executive Producers Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow and Robby Tebow opened in theaters nationwide this weekend posting a $2.27 million box office on only 853 screens, and landing at No. 10 among top grossing premiere movies.

Zach and David Truett live in peaks and valleys. Cheering crowds muted by a lonely home. Coming to theaters Feb. 22, RUN THE RACE tells the story of two desperate brothers willing to sacrifice today for a better tomorrow.

Reeling from his mother’s death and his father’s abandonment, Zach, an All-State athlete, finds glory on the football field, working to earn a college scholarship and the brothers’ ticket out of town. When a devastating injury puts Zach—and his dreams—on the sidelines, David laces up his track cleats to salvage their future and point Zach toward hope. Zach’s knee injury has one silver lining: a chance to grow close to Ginger, a nurse at the hospital. Just as things get serious, Zach’s doubts about God threaten to tear them apart and so he does what comes natural … run.
